Virtual Neutron Experiment (VNE)
This software is a friendly GUI to run virtual neutron experiments in precompiled McStas
instruments. Currently, VNE only includes a SANS instrument (with eight standard samples), and I am working now to add more
instruments and to make it multi-platform (Python-based). The spirit of this application is to allow the user to free build Neutron's
instrument setting up each component and their associated properties. The idea
is that the user learns about some concretes aspect of a real experiment.

AFM Tools
Program for data analysis of Atomic Force Microscopy. Among other things, this software allows batch conversion of input files with formats SPMLab I and NanoScope III to multiple output formats: Tecplot (plt), ASCII DAT, Tiff, BMP, JPG, PNG.

Minkowski Calculator
This program allow calculate the three first Minkowski functionals on a input system (eg: experimental data). Also, allow simulate a system with N random points in a definible box.

I am currently a Postdoctoral Researcher at Institut Laue-Langevin of Grenoble, working in a project which aims to study Polymer Entanglements in heteregenous. In this project, beyond this project my research interests are:
Soft matter: Mechanisms and dynamics of phase transition, pattern formation and self assembly.
Experimental techniques, like microscopy: AFM, SEM, TEM, and others: GISAXS, SAXS, etc.
Design and development of scientific software with applications in physical science and teaching.
High performance optimization of physical simulations codes using CUDA/OPENCL.
Molecular dynamics and Monte-Carlo simultaions.
